  • Initial discussion: in a relaxed video call we will discuss your complaints, expectations and medical history. All your questions will be listened to and you will receive maximum attention.
  • Review photos or X-rays: if you send us a photo or an existing X-ray, we will review it together and give you a preliminary idea of the possible directions. While a physical examination is not possible online, we can still provide valuable professional guidance.
  • Preliminary professional opinion: based on the information available, we will tell you what the cause of your problem might be and which treatment options are best suited to your situation.
  • Consultation about treatment options: we will explain in detail and in clear terms what results you can expect, what steps are needed. Additional in-person examinations may be necessary for an accurate diagnosis.
  • Cost estimate and guidance: We can also provide a preliminary cost estimate to give you a general idea of the expected costs. A final quote will be provided after a personal assessment.
  • Next steps: if you want, at the end of the call, we'll make an appointment for a personal assessment or treatment and tell you exactly how to prepare for the next step.
